Resumo
Sou uma apaxonada pela pesquisa científica, principalmente na área de Geociências. Entre tantas temáticas minha ênfase é na geoquímica aplicada (de rocha, solo e sedimentos), processos supergênicos (intemperismo), mineralogia (DRX / Método de Rietveld e Infravermelho), hidrogeoquímica (fluvial e subterrânea), hidrologia e processos biogeoquímicos naturais e antrópicos. Nos últimos anos orientei dissertações, teses e desenvolvi trabalhos em 3 temas principais: Geoquímica de solos forenses (https://forenso.uff.br/)., Processos biogeoquímicos em ambiente florestal (https://geohmount.uff.br/) e, Mineralogia/petrografia de rochas reservatório . A minha formação é interdisciplinar, fiz doutorado em Engenharia Civil (Geotecnia Ambiental) pela COPPE - UFRJ (2004), mestrado em Geografia pela UFRJ (1997) e graduação em Geologia pela UFRJ (1992). Desde 2009 sou professora do Departamento de Geoquímica da UFF, atuando na graduação dos cursos de Química, de Ciências Biológicas e de Ciência Ambiental e também no Programa de Pós Graduação em Geoquímica Ambiental.
